This full-service facility is equipped to fillet, portion cut, marinate, bread, grill, and cook. We have the capacity to satisfy a wide variety of customers with products ranging from whole fish to value-added meals.
With 19 refrigerated docks, our products are loaded quickly and in optimum conditions. With a total of 106,000 square feet of freezer and refrigerated storage available, PAFCO is able to distribute millions of pounds of seafood each week.

All the processing rooms are temperature controlled 365 days a year. In the high care room, the outside air is filtered through HEPA 10, and the room is positively pressurized to prevent outside air from entering the room. We swab the rooms and processing equipment daily to maintain highest food safety standard which far exceeds FDA requirements.
