We offer selected seafood varieties for seafood managers and restaurant
chefs available in 2.5 and 3 lb trays.
Ordering smaller package sizes makes the handling easier and the seafood
section fresher. Our product is stored in hermetically-sealed trays until it is
needed. Allowing seafood managers to open one tray after another, makes
consumption more gradual with the quality being preserved and the shelf life
prolonged. On top of that, smaller package sizes making laborious repacking
dispensable.
