QUALITY ASSURANCE

Compliant with FDA, USDC, USDA, and HAACP requirements, our state-of-the-art facility exceeds by far all government required standards. Our policy and program throughout the company is to meet the highest quality assurance standards.

Our HACCP plan applies to the whole chain, from farming over receiving, processing, storing to shipping of our products. To insure that all food ingredients are safe, we purchase only from an approved-list of suppliers. Before we buy from a new supplier, we visit their farms and sites, request samples and lab analyses, and review their quality program.

PAFCO adheres to a consistent and strong implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). All production personnel are fully trained in the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice.

In all facilities, we follow strict Standard Sanitation Operation Procedure (SSOP). All our equipment such as tools, boots and gloves as well as every single component of our processing lines are cleaned with ozonated water.

PAFCO has assumed a leading role in raising Bio-Security awareness. Starting with top management, the message has been conveyed to all employees to remain vigilant in protecting the company's assets and reputation.

Above all, PAFCO maintains a comprehensive recall program that is specific to its operations and products.
