MANUFACTURINGWith production facilities on the East and the West Coast as well as production overseas, we have the capability to fillet, portion cut, marinate, bread, grill and cook. In addition, we produce hand-breaded, battered, grilled, par-fried, marinated, portioned steaks, sushi and value-added products. In our high-tech facility we have the capacity to customize fresh value-added products daily. To insure highest quality, all our fresh products are processed in rooms at an ideal temperature under 35 F.
