CUSTOMER SERVICE

We believe that business is best done on a one-on-one basis. Consequently, our dedicated and knowledgeable Account Managers are assigned to serve only one special customer. Customer Service Associates are available 24 hours to input orders and answer questions. We gladly invoice headquarters and ship directly to the stores as well as provide summarized statements for cross dock delivery.

Routes

We run 18 routes on average every day. About four trailer loads are delivered to the cities of San Francisco, San Jose and Sacramento in the northern part of California. Another 15 routes lead to the southern part of California from Oxnard to San Diego and Fresno to Victorville. Additionally, we deliver to Las Vegas 3 times a week.

Pick up hours

Our current pick up hours for will call and ship out orders are from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm. We certainly accommodate customer requirements for special arrangement beyond our regular shipping hours.

Receiving hours

Our receiving hours vary based on the type of the product. Receiving hours for frozen products start at 6 am and end at 2 pm. Most of our fresh delivery is usually received from 4pm to midnight.

Delivery Service

We provide direct route delivery service daily to our customers in Northern and Southern California. Additionally, we offer pick up services for customers at their cross dock with our trucks.

Deadline to receive

We welcome receiving orders the whole day until midnight. Even if we receive orders by midnight only, we are still able to deliver the following day.
